Order Processing & Fulfillment
Shakti Lotus operates using a print-on-demand fulfillment model. This means products are created specifically for each order once it is placed.
Once payment is successfully authorized and verified, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary slightly during periods of high demand, holidays, or product launches.
We do not hold inventory at this time.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and product weight.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout reflect shipping time only and do not include processing time.
Shakti Lotus is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Taxes
Sales tax and other applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and current tax regulations. Tax amounts may vary by location and are determined automatically at the time of purchase.
Shakti Lotus does not control or guarantee tax rates applied at checkout, which are governed by applicable laws and payment processing systems.
Address Accuracy & Returned Packages
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
Orders returned to sender due to address errors may be considered fulfilled and closed if we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe.
Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors will be replaced at no additional cost.
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for preference-based reasons such as size, fit, or style. Approved returns for these cases may be issued as store credit or exchange only, at our discretion.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Shakti Lotus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, we are unable to guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.
If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but changes are not guaranteed.
Third-Party Fulfillment Partners
Some products are fulfilled and shipped by trusted third-party production and logistics partners.
Shakti Lotus remains your point of contact for customer support, but fulfillment timelines and carrier handling are subject to the operational standards of these partners.
Availability & Product Representation
We make every effort to accurately represent products through descriptions, images, and sizing information. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or printing processes.
All products are offered subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

This Policy and any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
