Returns & Exchanges

At Shakti Lotus, many of our products are made to order and crafted specifically for you. Because of this, we maintain a limited returns policy designed to ensure fairness while honoring the nature of our production model.

Please review the information below before placing your order.

Returns Eligibility

We accept limited returns for store credit only under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved returns will receive store credit for the item value, excluding original shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

Print-on-Demand Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. All sales are considered final unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order, as we cannot accommodate changes once production begins.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos.

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Items returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address information will be subject to reshipping fees.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered production.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, please allow 3–5 business days for store credit to be issued. You will be notified by email when processing is complete.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, approved returns will be issued as store credit.

If the item was not marked as a gift, store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page and include your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
